Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. U.S. territories, freely associated states, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not included.

Rate

The eligible Standard rate is USD $0.00 with no minimum purchase. Checkout shows the available rate for your address before you submit an order. No express rate is offered under this policy.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are expected to be processed in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 2–4 business days. The estimated total is 3–6 business days from order placement when both stages proceed as expected. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, carrier operations, address issues, holidays, and other events outside our control can add time. Timing may vary by destination, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, we will send its details after dispatch; carrier scans may take time to appear. If we learn that a shipment is delayed, we will notify you of the revised timing and let you choose to accept the updated timing or cancel for a refund. For a cancellation before delivery, we will issue the refund promptly to the original payment method; your provider may take additional time to post it.
