Information categories, sources, and purposes
Depending on how you use the store, information may include contact details; billing and shipping details; items ordered, order status, and return or refund records; payment status and transaction references; messages to customer support; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referral, and interaction data. We receive information you provide, information created when an order or support request is handled, and technical or transaction information from Shopify and the providers involved in features you use.
We use information to operate the storefront and checkout, process and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, respond to questions, manage returns and refunds, protect the store against fraud or misuse, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Orders, payment, delivery, support, and returns
Shopify hosts the storefront and checkout. To complete an order, information needed for the transaction is processed by Shopify and the payment method selected in checkout; payment credentials are submitted there, not by email. Shipping address and order details needed for delivery are provided to the delivery provider used for that order. Support messages and order details are used to respond to questions. When a return is approved, information needed to provide return instructions and a label may be processed by the services involved in that return; refund status is handled through the original payment method. The payment provider depends on the method selected at checkout. The delivery provider is identified in shipping or tracking information when provided.
Service providers and disclosure
Shopify hosts the storefront and checkout. Google provides the embedded map described below. The payment provider depends on the method selected at checkout. The delivery provider is identified in shipping or tracking information when provided. Other service providers may process information needed to operate the store functions you use, such as customer support, returns, security, and fraud prevention. Each provider's privacy notice describes its handling of information. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, customers, or store security.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential: Shopify and the store may use essential cookies or similar technologies for storefront, cart, checkout, and security functions.
Preferences: Preference technologies may remember settings when you use a feature that offers them.
Analytics: Analytics technologies may measure store use when enabled and may collect information about how visitors use the store.
Advertising: Advertising technologies may be used when enabled and may process information about interactions with this store for advertising or cross-context advertising.
The Shopify cookie banner is currently disabled, so this store does not show a cookie banner or preference toggle. Shopify may still use essential technologies for cart, checkout, and security functions. Use Your Privacy Choices to submit an opt-out request offered there. Read Shopify's Privacy Policy for additional platform-level information.
Pixels and form security
Shopify's pixel features may run custom pixels when configured. If a custom pixel is active, it may collect information about pages viewed, actions taken, and your browser or device, and may share that information with the provider that operates the pixel. That provider's privacy notice describes its use of the information.
The Your Privacy Choices form may use hCaptcha to help prevent automated abuse. hCaptcha may process network, browser, or device information for that purpose.
Embedded map
The home page and Contact page load the Google Map automatically when those pages are rendered. Your browser sends a request to Google to load map content. Google may receive your IP address, browser or device information, and details of the request. Google's privacy terms apply to its handling of that information. The Contact page also provides the business correspondence address in text.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to operate the store, complete transactions, handle returns and questions, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the record and legal requirement. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to store operations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and international processing
This storefront is intended for adults making household purchases and is not directed to children. Do not knowingly submit a child's personal information. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review the request in light of applicable law. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own; locations depend on the providers and services involved.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices for opt-out requests offered through the store. Shopify's native page says an applicable Global Privacy Control signal may be treated as an opt-out for the browser and device used. To make another request, email support@luvirahome.com or call (480) 679-7789.
If the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies to your request, we will respond without undue delay and within 45 days after receiving it. If reasonably necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, we may extend the response period once by up to 45 additional days. We will notify you within the initial 45-day period and explain the reason for the extension. If we decline to act, we will provide our reasons and instructions for appealing within 45 days. You may appeal within a reasonable period after receiving our decision. We will respond in writing within 60 days after receiving your appeal, explain our action or inaction, and, if we deny the appeal, provide an online way to contact the Virginia Attorney General if available or another method to submit a complaint. For requests governed by another privacy law, that law's response deadline and appeal process apply.
Contact and the native policy
Privacy questions: support@luvirahome.com or (480) 679-7789. Shopify-managed Privacy Policy lists PATRICE ANNETTE SAUNDERS FUNY LLC at the correspondence address as a contact for privacy matters. This supplementary page provides storefront details alongside Shopify's Privacy Policy; it does not replace that policy. See our Legal Notice.
